CLEARANCE POLICY:
Clearance products are non-refundable and have 6-months warranty only. There is no return option. Clearance products are tested before shipment. Shipment will be from Taiwan warehouse using Air Freight.
By placing an order for a clearance product, you agree to this policy. If you experience any issues within 6 months, support services will be provided. However, disputes will not be entertained if the customer fails to cooperate to check the product to prove it is not a working unit upon arrival.
For any order cancellation request, please email sales@nuprimeaudio.com with the Order Number, name and quantity of the product.
